American Citizens and Notarial Services

Please note that the Consular Section will be closed on Thursday, July 02, 2009.

The Consular Section will also be closed on Friday, July 03, 2009 in observance of the July 4th holiday and on July 06, 2009 in observance of the Coronation of King Mindaugas Day Lithuanian holiday.

Normal American Citizen Services will resume on Tuesday, July 07.  If you have an emergency American Citizens Services request, you may call the U.S. Embassy (+370 5) 266 5500 and ask to speak to the Consular Duty Officer who will assist you.

Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Please Note: Visitors may not carry cell phones and laptops into the Embassy.  Cell phones may be left with security at the entrance. However there is no space for the storage of laptop computers.
