On June 12th, Ambassador Derse hosted representatives of businesses, government agencies and educational institutes, as well as ExCEL student exchange program participants at a reception in honor of her Lithuanian-American exchange initiative ExCEL. Ten alumni of the first two years of the program had the opportunity to share their experience with the guests and the ten students who will travel to the US this academic year.
