Family Emergencies

If your family needs to contact you because of an emergency at home, or because they are worried about you, they may call the Embassy at (+370 5) 266-5500.  For more general information, American citizens and their family members may call the State Department's assistance line at (202) 501-4444 (or 1-888-407-4747 if calling from the United States).  If necessary, we will attempt to contact you and relay a message from your family members. If you are registered, and if you have signed a Privacy Act waiver, we will be able to provide information about you to your family.
