Dual Nationality

In addition to being subject to all Lithuanian laws affecting U.S. citizens, dual nationals may also be subject to other laws that impose special obligations on Lithuanian citizens.

Lithuanian law views dual nationals in the same way as those who have only Lithuanian citizenship. More information can be obtained from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania:
