The Embassy of the United States on September 11 will commemorate the citizens of more than ninety countries who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and honor all victims of international terrorism. Ambassador and Mrs. John A. Cloud will attend a service in the United States at the St. Anthony Monastery and Shrine in Kennebunk, Maine. The Shrine is staffed by Lithuanian Franciscan Friars. United States Embassy Chargé d'Affaires Damian R. Leader and members of the Embassy community will attend an interfaith gathering of commemoration and reconciliation at the Evangelical Lutheran Church.
