U.S. Ambassador Cloud to visit Kaunas

On Monday, 23 April:

  9:00-9:30 Meeting at Kaunas City Municipality (Laisves al. 96, Kaunas)

  9:30-9:45 the Ambassador will answer questions.

Reporters and photographers are kindly invited.

On 22-23 April, Ambassador John Cloud will visit Kaunas.

On Sunday the Ambassador and Mrs. Cloud will visit local museums and will attend the Kaunas premiere of "Requiem for a Magical America" by American composer Gabriela Lena Frank, starring Lithuanian prima ballerina Egle Spokaite and wind orchestra "Trimitas".

On Monday, April 23, Ambassador Cloud will meet with newly elected Kaunas City Mayor Andrius Kupcinskas; Lithuanian Air Force Commander Col Arturas Leita and the Archbishop of Kaunas Sigitas Tamkevicius.  The Ambassador will also visit the Jaeger Battalion and will meet with school students at the KTU Gimnazija.
