Ambassador Stephen Mull will be visiting Klaipeda and Palanga

13:30-14:00     Press briefing at the Klaipeda Municipality

Today, on 22 April 2004, Ambassador Stephen Mull will be visiting Klaipeda.  

Ambassador’s meeting with Mayor of Klaipėda Mr. Rimantas Taraškevičius is scheduled at 13.00h.  Media representatives are invited to participate in the press briefing at the Klaipeda Municipality at 13.30h.

Ambassador’s trip to Western Lithuania also includes a visit to Lithuanian Navy Headquarters, a tour of “Švyturys” brewery, meetings with Mayor of Palanga Mr. Pranas Žeimys, rector of Klaipėda University Prof.PhD Vladas Žulkus, a visit to the History Museum of Lithuania Minor, a tour of Masterfoods company, and a visit to a non-governmental organization  “Bendraamžiai”.
