Ambassador Mull to Visit Kaunas

On Tuesday, 28 February, the Ambassador will participate in a meeting at the Kaunas Governor’s office between 9:15-10:00. The Ambassador will be available for brief interviews after the meeting. For interviews at other locations, please call 8-699-32961.

On 28 February 2006 Ambassador Stephen Mull will visit Kaunas. This visit is part of the Ambassador's ongoing outreach program to become better acquainted with the cities and regions of Lithuania.

During this visit to Kaunas, Ambassador Mull will meet with Kaunas County Governor Zigmantas Kazakevicius, the Mayor of Kaunas Arvydas Garbaravicius, and several regional Mayors of Kaunas County.

The Ambassador will later visit the Kaunas Jonas Jablonskis Gymnasium, hold a round-table discussion with graduate students from the Kaunas Vytautas Magnus University International Law and Political Science Institute, visit the Sugihara House Museum, lunch with the Lithuanian Lebanese Society in Kaunas and pay a courtesy visit to the Lithuanian Air Force Headquarters.
