U.S. Congressman F. James Sensenbrenner Arrives in Vilnius

U.S. Congressman F. James Sensenbrenner arrived in Lithuania on January 10 for a three-day visit. Congressman Sensenbrenner plans to discuss migration issues, visas, and border security, as well as Lithuania's views on U.S. initiatives in the Baltic region.
During his time in Lithuania the Congressman is meeting with President Valdas Adamkus, Prime Minister Algirdas Brazauskas, and Seimas Chairman Arturas Paulauskas, as well as Interior Minister Gintaras Furmanavicius and Lithuanian Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Oskaras Jusys.
On Thursday, January 12, Congressman Sensenbrenner will visit the Seimas to speak at a commemoration of Freedom Fighter's Day.
